Bake a batch of cookies, while baking,murmur you intentions (eg. The boss will like me, my co workers will enjoy my presence) Murmur these over every step of the baking process. Then share these happy cookies amongst your co. workers and boss.
P.s. I say baking cookies for anyone is a good gesture and make them like you! :)
